What We Can Do For Your Family

McGuire Real Estate came to life through the incredible teamwork of siblings Mark, Tom, and Shea. The current power duo in charge is Mark and Shea, while Tom works his magic as the in-house lender at KCM Home Loans. Each of these siblings found their own unique path that eventually led them to the realm of real estate, where they joined forces with their dad, Paul McGuire, in the family business.

Back in Vacaville circa 1976, Paul kickstarted his local brokerage, McGuire-Solomon Real Estate, and things were going swimmingly. But then, in 1998, he decided to sell the company to Coldwell Banker, thinking he was bidding farewell to the hustle and bustle of the real estate world. Little did he know, life had some surprises in store for him.

In 2002, Shea got bitten by the real estate bug and thought, "Why not give it a shot?" And boy, did she make waves! Seeing her soar, Tom couldn't resist the temptation and jumped on board in 2004. Together, they formed the incredible duo known as McGuire Real Estate & Investment. Despite Paul's attempts to retire and make his escape, his kids and the magnetic pull of real estate kept reeling him back in!

Mark, unable to resist the siren song of the real estate world, joined the party in 2008. And just like that, McGuire Real Estate was born, bringing together their collective talents and setting the stage for their remarkable journey.

Growing up in Vacaville gives our family and company a remarkable advantage in this crazy competitive market. Sure, Vacaville may have over 100,000 people, but it still feels like a small town in every other way. We've teamed up with our dad and a bunch of awesome local agents to cater to every demographic within Vacaville.
