OUR FAMILY, OUR COMMUNITY, OUR HOME

The McGuire family has established themselves as influential figures not only in the real estate industry but also in various philanthropic endeavors. Following in their parents' footsteps, the McGuire siblings have embraced both the world of real estate and a deep commitment to community service.

Debby and Paul McGuire, the parents, have played pivotal roles in founding and supporting numerous local organizations that positively impact Vacaville. Their contributions span across VPEF, Opportunity House, Children's Network, LINK-CREW, Rotary, Wellness in Schools, Christmas Wish, Challenge Days, GOTCHA, YTOT, Chamber of Commerce, Notre Dame Elementary School, and various development projects. Their tireless efforts have left a lasting imprint on the community.

Continuing the family legacy, Shea McGuire actively participates in Rotary and organizes fundraising events for Opportunity House. Drawing from her experiences with the Jesuit Volunteer Corps and living abroad, Shea passionately supports a local Liberian Refugee Family comprising more than 20 members. Additionally, she serves as a member of the PEP school Ministry Team and is dedicated to expanding diverse educational opportunities. Currently, Shea is working on introducing the principles of Waldorf Education to Vacaville, showcasing her innovative thinking and commitment to education.

Thinking outside the box, Tom McGuire has creatively rebranded a private money source, now known as McGuire Capital Group. This initiative aims to provide financing solutions to local investors for properties that may not fit the conventional market. By fueling local small businesses, McGuire Capital Group contributes to the growth of the community. Furthermore, the company generously donates to organizations such as the Police Activities League, Wounded Warriors, and Coats for Kids, exemplifying their dedication to supporting local causes.

Mark McGuire plays an active role in YPN, a local group dedicated to raising funds for causes like CASA and Heart 2 Heart, which provide crucial support to foster children. His involvement demonstrates his commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of vulnerable members of the community.

Through their collective efforts, the McGuire family exemplifies a profound dedication to real estate and community service, leaving a lasting impact on Vacaville and its residents.

It is only by strengthening our community’s roots that it will be able to flourish.

Our mission is to break the cycle of homelessness for women, men, families, and transitional age youth in Solano County. Through collaborative and locally-driven solutions that connect those in need to community resources, we believe we can help achieve this vision!

CASA of Solano County speaks for the best interest of abused and neglected children and youth in the foster care system by training volunteers to advocate for their safety and well-being through the courts, in schools, and in our community.

This program puts nourishing food in the hands of school children to carry them through the weekend. Each bag of food costs $10 each week (with the support of food donations) and provides two breakfasts, two lunches, and three dinners for a child, with some left over to share!

When a Leaven Kids center is established in a community, our children are provided with access to educational resources, mentorship, and a safe and supportive environment, which enables them to excel in school and reach their full potential.  Families start to believe for a better future, crime and gang activities are deterred,  property values rise, and communities are transformed!

The Vacaville Public Education Foundation (VPEF) is a non-profit volunteer organization that bridges gaps for students in the Vacaville Unified School District. We fund enrichment opportunities that enhance and expand learning experiences for students. Since 2003, VPEF has raised and donated over $4,100,000 to our local schools.

The Vacaville Rotary Club is once again in search of deserving students seeking scholarships to use toward college education-related costs.  We are looking for the next generation of leaders. We want to honor those high-achieving students who go beyond their regular class work and have demonstrated a passion for Service above Self.
