McGUIRE GROUNDED

From Farmer's Hands to Your Table

At McGuire Real Estate, we stand with farmers and food producers whose values mirror our own — stewardship of the land, integrity in their work, and respect for the families they feed. By creating space for them to educate, share, and sell, we cultivate a marketplace that is both pantry and classroom, offering nourishment and wisdom side by side.

We open doors connecting farmers to your kitchen table.

Alexis Koefed

Soul Food Farm

"Farming is not just about growing food; it’s about tending to the land with reverence, raising animals with dignity, and feeding people with love. At Soul Food Farm, our mission is to restore the health of the soil, provide nourishing food for families, and create a place where community can gather, learn, and thrive. To us, food is connection — to the earth, to each other, and to the generations to come."

Dolly Farms Vacaville

Dolly Farms Vacaville Farmstead & Bakehouse is a small organic family farm and artisan bakehouse nestled between Vacaville and Dixon. Rooted in a commitment to caring for the earth and our community, we farm in harmony with nature-using only sustainable, organic practices treating the land as one living, interconnected organism.
On the farm, we focus on biodiversity, enriching soil fertility naturally, practicing weed suppression without chemicals, and conserving water. This mindful approach creates a nutrient-rich foundation for the crops we grow. What we don't grow, we partner with other local organic farmers to bring you nutrient rich body nourishing product.
In the bakehouse, those harvests come to life in the form of rustic organic sourdough breads, wholesome pastries, and seasonal treats and jams. Every loaf and pastry is handcrafted in small batches, showcasing the flavors of our farm while nourishing both body and spirit.
At Dolly Farms Vacaville, we believe good food begins with healthy soil and ends with a table shared. You eat your food as medicine now or you will eat medicine as your food later.

Ryan Bates

Bates Family Coffee Roasters

"My love for a great cup of coffee began back in 1989 when I got a job at First Street Café in Benicia. Fast forward to 2020, I decided to embark on a new adventure: home roasting! Roasting my own coffee allowed me to have control over every step of the process, transforming beans from farm to cup. Before long, I realized I wanted to share this experience with friends, which led to the creation of Bates Family Coffee Roasters. It's like having a passport to explore the globe through its unique flavors!"

Berryessa Blends

In January 2020, my daughter was battling pneumonia, influenza A, and what we now believe was early COVID-19. After rounds of antibiotics with no improvement, my sister gave me a jar of elderberry syrup. Within days of taking it, my daughter’s health turned around, and she was cleared for her tonsillectomy. Amazed by the results, I set out to learn everything I could about elderberry, perfect a recipe, and make it affordable for others. Since April 2020, I’ve sold over 18,000 jars of Berryessa Blends Elderberry Syrup because I believe everyone should have access to its benefits.

Lockewood Acres

Funnily enough, our journey growing organic, heirloom varietals started with a 1954 article that praised the benefits of earthworms, and where we learned about “Serenity Acres,” or “An Earthmaster Home,” which is a self-sustainable farming method.

This inspired us to dedicate ourselves to organic farming, with a fresh perspective on land stewardship, especially considering that we call the Sacramento Delta Watershed home. Here, the water table is just 18 feet below the surface, which means protecting our water source from contaminants is one of top priorities. It influences our farming methods, runoff control, and soil enrichment.
We’re passionate about the incredible flavors and unique texture that heirlooms bring from our farm onto your tables. These varieties connect us all with a rich agricultural heritage that’s been passed down through generations.
