More About Patty
An unconventional bio for an unconventional Realtor….Patty first got her real estate license in 1991 but soon realized that her three rotten children needed her at home instead of her helping Californians trying to achieve their ownership dreams. So, after those rotten kids blossomed into wonderful adults Patty began her real estate career full time in 2005 in Grass Valley. That first year in sales was hindered by over 5 feet of rain (lots of greenery followed by major allergies) so Patty decided to earn her GRI designation, Graduate of Realtor Institute, from the National Association of Realtors.
2006 brought Patty and her husband to Solano County, still a beautiful, green place but without all the epic rain, where she could emerge herself into two of her passions, real estate and water skiing. Through real estate Patty has helped hundreds of sellers and buyers achieve their dreams, all while serving as a director, treasurer and president-elect for the Northern Solano County Association of Realtors (NSCAR), NSCAR’s Charitable Foundation and Housing American Families. Chosen to be NSCAR co-Realtor of the Year in 2016, Patty has managed to maintain a thriving business while still finding time to spend boating on Lake Berryessa with friends and family.
Whether you are looking for an experienced, knowledgeable, caring real estate professional (did I mention modest?) or just want a recommendation for the best ski coves, local wines or great restaurants, Patty would be happy to help in any way she can!
